IMHO the generality that first comes to mind about Ai is that yes, it can give you good mechanical advice about how to wash something or fix something, including a computer problem. But when it comes to I/me/you and a specific question about life & living or even health issues it's a bust. I hope people don't try to jam themselves into an Ai mold and they remember to take the opportunity to think for themselves. Thinking for yourself is much more fun and rewarding! Caveat: the medical advice will tend to try to own you. Here is where YouTube guru's shine with some real information!

My current concern is how companies use Ai for replacing live people to answer customers' questions. Or is that the wrong question because I don't understand much of how this is done? The company, whether it be the USPS or the Department of Motor Vehicles or a guy who sells bread online leaves the customer in a dead end if the customer has a question outside the "approved questions." There is a bit of insight in this video by Michael Bordenaro in his YouTube channel. Title: Customer Service Has Hit Rock Bottom and Everyone is SICK OF IT

I'd love to hear you talk about companies and Ai.

Thanks.
